General overview of all products

Keystone Templates operates with one main goal in mind: It’s not our place to tell you how to prepare your files. All of our products are designed to offer your firm the maximum amount of flexibility to meet your needs, while providing you with efficient tools to reduce the amount of time your staff spend completing files.

Aesthetic flexibility is built into our templates.  When you set a font, an underline, a specific piece of terminology, a signature or any other change to your templates, you shouldn't  have to redo those changes when you do an update.  At Keystone Templates, we build your "customizations" into the template and turn them into available options.

All products come with unlimited support.  If it takes more than five or ten minutes to resolve a problem, please call!

 

Financial Statements

Highly automated, the Financials allow your preparers to easily modify the engagement type, number of comparatives and add notes and schedules as required. All aesthetics are controlled at the administrative level, reducing quality control time spent by the administrative staff making sure all fonts, alignments and boldings are corrected.

The option to include firm specific report header and footer is a part of the template.  Electronic signatures can easily be added, up to 10 if partners want their own firm name signature instead of a standard signature.   There is never a charge for these features as they are built into the template.

The Financial Statements are kept up to date with all the latest standards.  Bringing new changes into a client file is as simple as clicking on a button to update the statements.  Input text is never lost.

Engagement Manager

Walks your staff through the engagement from the initial meeting the client to the letters, checklists, working papers, and so on, all the way till the point where the client signs the document identifying what you have returned to them. Designed with a paperless environment in mind, this package will streamline your file preparation process, removing the time wasted by staff focusing on areas that are not applicable to the specific client.

Solve common problems like out of date letters and checklists by using this  template.  Four documents to update for your checklists with clear warnings that you are more than six months out of date.  Automatically hides sections of the file that have no balances and are not needed so staff don't waste time doing work that they don't need to do.

Practice management, advisory, compilations and tax guide (PACT)

The practice management, advisory, compilations and tax guide (PACT) contains all of the reports checklists and letters that address the key requirements and concepts in the professional standards for the CSRS 4200 Compilation Engagements. It is based on the same platform as the Engagement Manager template.

The PACT template also contains various tax engagement letters, transmittal letters and T1, T2 and T3 preparation checklists.

Flex Financials

Designed for those impossible files that you’ve had to type for years. Fund accounting, budgets, variances, varying periods: not a problem. Flex Financials will easily do not-for-profit files and public companies. Stackable notes allow you to meet the most complex needs that you’ll come across.

Up to 14 columns across, with separate controls for each statement, so a five column Balance Sheet and eight column Income Statement is easy to set up.
