Our support policy is quite simple.  If it takes more than five or ten minutes to resolve a problem, please contact us either by phone or e-mail!

There is never a per-use charge for support.

People have told us "We didn't want to bother you with these problems". Please believe us, it's for our benefit that we want you to call for help. When you talk to another accountant and
someone complains about drafting financials, we want you to be able to say "We have none of those problems, we use Keystone Templates and everything just works."

If you are ever not that happy with the templates, please call and let us know what the problems are so that we can fix them!

Something we need to emphasize is that we want the template to be set to your defaults. If you consistently have to make the same changes in your files, please let us know so that we can improve your workflow by making those changes happen automatically. If something that can be automated isn't, it's because no one has asked for it yet. Never hesitate to ask because we are always seeking to make the template better!
